Challenge yourself to go 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 or 500 miles in 100 days.

Complete your miles using any mode of exercise:

  • Running / Jogging / Walking / Hiking
  • Cardio exercise equipment (Ellipticals, steppers, rowers, etc.)
  • Swimming* You receive 3 miles of credit for every mile you swim.
  • Biking** (actual or exercise bike) **You receive 1 mile of credit for every 3 miles you ride.
  • Exercise Classes*** You receive 2 miles of credit for each class you attend.
